St. Patrick’s Cathedral
Barrier1 Systems provided drawings and layouts of shallow mount bollards to protect St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City. Our crash-tested security bollards are designed under ASTM standards to stop a 15,000-lb vehicle at 50 mph within 1 meter.


San Francisco Transit Bus Ramps
Our patented Net Barriers helped secure the Transbay Transit Center, a “Grand Central Station of the West.” Barrier1 Systems’ reduced-risk Net Barriers protect the bus ramp from unauthorized vehicles.


New York Police Department
Barrier1 handled the complex design, engineering, assessment, fabrication, controls & electronics, installation, and maintenance of crash-rated bollards, electric drop arms, ballistic guard booths, turnstiles, fences, & other anti-vehicle barriers for 14 access control points for NYPD in lower Manhattan.
